Buick Regal Questions

Hi,
my name is joshua, i am new to these forums. I registered here becuase i figured this would be the best place to learn about my car. I do have a few questions if anyone could help please :

1. Where can i find a new 3.8l engine and how much would they cost? im guessing roughly about 2-3 grand for a new engine?

2. does anyone know of any websites where i can get "side air ports" for the regal gs?

3. Why do i get alot of rattle from my speakers in the back(they are not blown)...it is the mosnoon sound system if that makes any difference? any way to fix it?

4. Is a 3-guage pillar even worth installing in a vehicle? what does it do?

5. what other modifications look/work good on the 99 buick regal? im trying to get ideas but when i search i draw blanks.

Either at a salvage yard or try EBay for used, rebuilt and low mileage engines. Ed Morad has a parts store and he specialized in L36 and L67 engines. Also, GMpartsdirect.com has new crate engines but expensive.

Yes and no. It allows you to install extra gauges like oil pressure, KR sensor, 02 sensor, etc.

There are lots of mods for the L67 if you have a GS model supercharged SII 3800 engine. Try 3800performance.com, zzperformance.com and pfyc.com.

U-bend delete, hi-flow CAT, supercharger pulley, reprogrammed PCM module to start. It depends on how much you want to spend and what performance level you are looking for.
