I paid 600 for the motor but, it was local so i did not have to pay shipping. the guy that had bought the motor already replaced the seals, belts and stuff, i am using the Si tranny with LSD. the motor i bought came with a zc Trqanny with LSD but the tranny was trashed inside sowe took it apart and built one good one

Motor

If it's bogging than most likely the timing is retarded. Double check the timing belt and make sure that it's not a tooth off or anything. If it was a tooth off it wouldn't throw any codes it would just rev slow. If that checks out okay that check the dizzy.
