how bigs the hole? I would make sure the rust isnt bad around it, clean it up real good, and reweld a sheet of metal over it, and paint it with that anti rust shit and some paint afterwards.....home depot sells some little weenie welder for like 30 bucks a day

Or, get two square, round, whatever, pieces of sheet metal, about 2-3 inches bigger than the hole. Find two bolts that are long enough to go through them. Take the sheet metal, and drill holes in them, big enough for the bolts. On the bottom of the car, get one piece of sheet metal, and goop it all up will silicon caulk. Put it over the hole. On the top, do the same. Then put the bolts in, and tighten them up. This is a quick fix, and it can be left that way for probably longer than you will own your car.

Hmm, that could cause a problem.
Depending on how big the hole is, i could only suggest cutting it out (the rust) then have a stainless steel plates welded in.
Or you could always fork out the big bucks and have your whole floor done in Diamond Plate!

dude, if it's that small clean the rust out from around it, hit it with some primer and cover it with some fiberglass. that's how I fixed all of the drill holes in my car from where people screwed amps and stuff into the floor board.

Yo, instead of bolting it down, use rivets i am learing how to use rivets in school (College of Aeronautics). And when i get my kit, i am gonna put rivets around the exhaust section. That would look hot! before i install the kit, i am gonna do it on my stock bumper to see how it looks, if it looks cool, i'll do it to my new bumper, cause i dont wanna fuk up my new bumper if it looks fugly!
