Senna's F1 kit?

I remember years ago, I read a megazine article about the man himself. It had a photo of his living room, and on one of the walls, there was a full scale Mclaren F1 car cawl parts that made up to look like parts on a plastic model tree runner.

Emm, that's an awkward way of putting it - in other words, it's like a 1:1 scale runnder that hands on his wall.

Has anyone else ever seen this photo? Was it actually made for him by tamiya or something?

Haven't seen that one but at Goodwood they had a similar thing with parts of a real MP4/6 on show 2 or 3 years ago. My guess is that was made by McLaren rather than Tamiya :-)

Search the forum, there's been threads about these things.

Jay is correct, one was on display at Goodwood.

Re: Senna's F1 kit?

Thanks! That's the one, cheers.

Ray: it's kinda difficult to think of search terms for this photo, I had difficulty to put it into words LOL! And I didn't find anything useful from google...
