My take on: S7 VS. S7

"Motor Max" Saleen S7 VS. "Hot Wheels" Saleen S7

Note: Silver - Motor Max, Orange - Hot Wheels

First off, the MMSaleen has the advantage over the HWSaleen for the more opening parts. MMSaleen has Doors, Rear Window, Rear Trunk, and Front Trunk. While the HWSaleen only has opening Doors, and Rear window.

Though, Your not missing out too much without the Trunks...cause...its all basically a bunch of nothing (Still cool though!):

As goes for Interior...I think the Hot Wheels version is much better. More detail in the Hot Wheels one. It just plain looks better, cleaner, and more realistic. Only a stick figure could fit into the MMSaleen. As for steering...I dont know if that matters, but on my MMSaleen, it sucks. It feels like Gran Turismo. HWSaleen feels like Gran Turismo 3.

HWSaleen:

MMSaleen:

Overall, I like the Hot Wheels Saleen S7 better. They are both cool...but the HWSaleen just looks so much cleaner. And for some reason, the HWSaleen is a little bigger than the MMSaleen. I do wish that the HWSaleen had more opening compartments though.

I voted for the MotorMax Saleen. But that is the one that the engine isn't detailed at all right?

Does it have working suspension?

I have the silver Motor Max one. why? Its because of all the extra opeining doors and hatches mostly, but I just like it better. the Hot Wheels looks slightly better exterior and interior, but I like Motor Max's overall package. The engines are both crappy anyway.

Do any of you guys know if anyone else is making a different version of this car. I don't want to get either one because of the lack of details.

Nope. You have to pick one or hte other. I got the Motor Max one because 1. its a damn scale model saleen S7 for crying out loud! and 2. because of the extra doors and hatches, even if they have nothing in them. they look good opened up in pictures and on display. I am counting down the days till my model Ferrari enzo arrives That car promises plenty of detail, and I cant wait to open up all thosde aweomse hatches and stuff on the car and see its underside and all the engine details. I might even buy a case for that one.

When I asked my friend about this, he noticed that the HWSaleen tail Lights are all 1 color. While the MMSaleen is 2 colors, as it should be.
