89 disc coversion to 94???

My brother has an 89 maustang 2.3L LX notch back, we went to the scrap yard and got the brakes off a 94. The 94 has 4-wheel discs and 5 lug hubs so we'er going to do the swap, i just need to know if we'll have to do anything with the lines or will we have to change the master and brake boost or will the stock LX system work???
