project SWAP B20 with B16 head

I'm planing or at least I'm thinking to combinate those two engines the lower part would be from b20 and the head would be from b16 the VTEC one...So I'm asking you if there is any complication or things to be carefull with...cause me and my friend already looked for some info on net and find a lot of pages that shows how easy it is to do that engine- the B20 VTEC and you could easely get over 230HP with that engine...

At first my plan was to totaly rebuild B16 and put all the stuff from SPOON (so max HP that I could get is 220-250HP) in there but that engine the combination of b20 and b16 is souch a great and powerfull choice and could beat the tuned b16 easely...what do you think...or if anyone here build that engine, I would ask him if he could show me some pics and tell me if he is happy with that swap and tell me more about building that engine...

Please post some links of that project or dynotests or anything else that is related with b20 VTEC

THNX to all of you for helping me :flash:

1. the axle you use depends on the intermediate shaft you have.
if you have a 90-83 teg int. shaft, you use integra axles 90-93

2. stay away from the hcp linkage, i hear nothing but garbage about that. Its also pretty simple to mod your stocklinkage. add like 4 inches onto your stabilizer bar, and about an inch or even 15/16" to the linkage that goes to the tranny.

3. have fun lining up that rear tranny mount

Spoon? Your buying a name unless your going full out race parts. Spoon isn't as good as they sound.
