b18a blew up considering b20 with b18 head

ok heres the prob hope you guys can help : my motor just died 355k i was thinking of putting a b20 with with a ported and polished b18a head, ok heres the qeustion What are the possibilities of this motor set up? (turbo, N/A) i d like to see about 220-240 hp at the wheels also dropping in a 5 spd this is all in a 91 teg Ls with minor mods (intake, cams and other crap i forgot)

220-240WHP out of a non vtec 2 liter is a big goal without some type of FI. it can be done but probably will lose some driveability. you dont have the optiopn of huge vtec lobes withclose to stock low cam lobes, so idle will be lumpy if you get some nasty cams.

I saw a fully built B20VTEC, 12.5:1 with stage 3 cams and everything else you can think of and they got about 270 WHP if I remember correctly.
