is it just me or is the 92+ civic forum populated with total retards? maybe its because there were no 4th gen civics/crx's in fast & furious so nobody, outside people who understand how an engine actually works, realizes that you can fix them up and make them fast? its funny that every question that is answered seriously is by someone from the 4th gen forum. I tried to add a thread explaining how to spell "VTEC" and i got called a flamer because you know "it dont matter how you spell it dummyhead, vtech is still c00l!!!!!!!"

we should be happy there were not 4th gens in the F&F. My friend had a bitch of a time tryin to find a project 240SX because of that damn movie, and my other friend who owns a eagel talon AWD turbo, wanted to get one for his girlfriend...they could not find a AWD eclipse/talon almost anyplace, all the damn ricers are buying them up. As for the 5th gens, nothing against them but alot of them i see are rice rockets. Some are fast, and i like the 5th gen hatchs (even more with B motors in them). But people look at my car the same as newer EX's...except i'm way lighter so anytime i race someone they are like "what motor you have? huh? stock? SOHC? whats all this?" lol you see my point.

guess what guys? it isn't over. "that movie" part 2 is on the way. keep your fingers crossed that no 4th gens do show up. the 4th gen owner is a special breed. we aren't caught up in trends. it isn't rocket science to figure out using a older lighter car is better than newer & heavy.

but anyways. lets set a good example and either go represent for the 4th gens and help the 92+ owners...or just stay here underground with our own kind.

Yeah, lets hope we 4th gen'ers stay outta that movie!... I still wanna buy another CRX a few years down the line, and I'd like to find one that hasn't already been trashed out by some kid trying to be popular (and ruining a nice car in the process).

As for the 5th gen+ forum.... I'm just gonna stay out of there.... I spent yesterday in there just looking around, and I felt my brain shirking... was like highschool all over again haha!

As for that engine though (the supposed D16Z7)... I've gotta friend who's a honda tech at a dealership near here, so I'll just call him up Monday and have him look up the engine to see if it even exists for real ... good idea?

it isn't so much what you said as much as how you said it. you put them all in defense mode. that thread was going to do nowhere go fast. i read the other thread you posted. thank you! now that is representing for the 4th gens. we want people to say "they know a lot...go check them out" not "those 4th gen nazi's..."
