Re: Mustang Super Stalion

thanks, its a lot of work to make the bodykit, but its not turning out the way i want. ive sanded and sanded a bunch, and still see the lines where the putty meets the body. i'll have some interior shots up by the end of the weekend!

Re: Mustang Super Stalion

Looks like a good start so far! May I suggest sanding the printing off of the mufflers........It makes for a much nicer look when finished!

Re: Mustang Super Stalion

really the only thing I see wrong (aesthetically) is that it could use some much larger wheels that are flush with the fender lips. some nice 18" Work Equips would make it SO much nicer. or a big set of BBS meshies.

Re: Mustang Super Stalion

Not bad, doesnt look to bad but i think you need to lay down some primer then spray over that because it seems like it is uneven, also the kit is horrible and the wheels are tiny so don't worry as much!

Re: Mustang Super Stalion

mhhh.. well its the second model that i have used the same primer on. this one had two coats of white primer, and it still didnt come out the the way i wanted. i even built my self a spary booth, and yes i do have experience using spray cans. i just cant figure out whats going on. the only thing i can think of is that the paint and the primer are two different companies(testor primer, and tamiya metalic red) oh well
