do you mean those things you attach to the underside of your car and it drags on the roads to get rid of static electricity in your car?

They don't really work, I had 2 shipped form me from a friend in Japan. But you should be able to get them at any car related store such at pep boys or you might have better luck at an aftermarket store that sells lights, exhausts and stickers.
