I Got Pulled Over

I was going through Jackson yesterday and i wasnt watching where i was going and i look up and theres a car slamming on his brakes in front of me. so the first thing i did was swerve to the right into an empty lane and so i think that everything is ok now...so im going about 100 up a hill and then i stop at the next stop light. a cop comes right behind me...turns his lights on...pulls me over and tells me that "i pulled you over for unsafe lane changing...." im like "ok....." then he tells me "i also know damn well that you were breaking the speed limit...because i had to do in EXCESE of 80 mph in a 40 mph speed zone. but im only going to give you a sitation for what i saw, which was the unsafe lane changing." so i got a ticket...for unsafe lane changing...that bull shit...what... i didnt use my blinker before almost getting hit?

don't bitch too much...it could have been worse. he could have got you on a couple of things and the ticket would cost more...just my outlook on it

Yea, and plus, if you go to court and fight it, they will lower it to like a parking ticket and no points, so dont worrie... its nothing big, i have a total of 9 tickets so far, and i am gonna be fuked when i have to go for the court dates....

Yeah you could have been locked up. If youre clocked doing anything with triple digits around here its a free trip to the officers backseat.

Yea, my friend was pulled over for doing 120 on a deserted highway, but the cop was off duty, so he just screamed at him and pulled him out of the car and patted him down for some reason.... i think the cop was high or some shit......

Sounds like a scene from Super Troopers. Ever seen that? If I was a cop that would be me. Smoking on the job, pulling over porsches, dating hot local cops. Yeah thats the life.

I was once pulled over by a detective in an unmarked car. He revved on me at the light, no b shit! So the light turns green and he squeals wheels and I take off hard and end up beating his crown vic. then he turns his lights on. He came up to the car and smiled said he was gonna run my license and as long as nothing oustanding came out i was free to go. Craziest time ever being pulled over. He was cool.

Even if something did come up on your plate, he couldnt get you with nothing... he envoked the race. Its called entrapment. You could fight it in court. But it would most likely be his word against yours... and we know how that might turn out... unless you had witnesses.

that's messed up, one of my friends got a similar ticket for a similar situation. He was driving when somebody ran a redlight nearly t-boning him he swerved to miss them and HE got pulled over and was given a ticket. The cop totally missed the fact that the other driver blew through a redlight.

Just the other day I was on my way to work when I noticed a car behind me, a brand new mercury mistique, but it was missing a headlight and the hood was bowed. I didn't think anything of it until I was turning on a short-cut road and I looked in my rear-view and the girl (couldn't have been 18) was looking in the passenger side seat not paying attention to me stopped in front of her I got on the horn (because I couldn't move) and she finally saw me and locked down the brakes coming within inches of rear-ending me.

That night after work I was in the exact same situation except with a ford Escort ZX/2 that just loved their brake pedal.

North Carolina drivers have to be some of the worst drivers around...
