Question 2001/2002 Maxima Top Speed
my father is in the market for a new car. he is going to be stationed in germany where the autobahn has no speedlimits. i'm trying to convince him to buy a nissan maxima vs the honda accord. can anyone tell me the top speed of the 2001 nissan maxima. i would also like to know the top end of the 2002. thanks for any help.

The maxima brochure says that the top speed is 143mph. I'm not sure if that is accurate though.

I am not usre about the 2001 and 2002 top speed but I know the 2000 because I did it myself at 142mph. :flamer: :rocket:

not 100% but i've seen estimates for 130mph.
