I have s13 240sx coupe with 220hp. It is a KA24DE Na motor. What kind of 0-60 times could I be running. Also what could my 1/4 mile be. I have recently done a lot of mods and would like to know how fast my car is now. So if anyone would know. I would like to know.
Also this is my first post on here. |

so basically its like having a S14 SR20DET in your car. so i'm expecting 0-60 in low 6's and quarter mile times in mid to low 14 seconds.

Is a KA24DE na motor with 220hp, really going to be almost the same as an SR20DET with the same amount of hp? Would there acceleration actually be similiar?

I am sorry but I gotta raise my BS flag...220HP?
That's mighty hard w/just intake, headers, exhaust, ecu, and cams...since my friend Brian has all those and put down 160 at the wheels which translates into 200HP at the flywheel...for you to get 220HP at the flywheel you would need better internals meaning raise your compression ratio and/or port polished heads... |

HELL YEAH that adds almost as much horsepower as the vortex inducing piece you can put in your air intake...... now thats technology LMAO! My favorite is the octane booster in fuel though..... that makes me win all my races, beats "naws" dawg lol.

well light weight pulley does free up more power from the engine's assesories. in 2 issues ago on import tuner, they used the unothrodox racing pulley kit which consist of a light weight a/c , powersteering, fan, and crank pulley and it freed up to 9.8 hp at the rear wheels. thats pretty impressive for just weight reduction.

I tested my 0-60 time on my 92' 240SX. With 215-220hp in a na KA24DE, I was able to get it to go from 0-60 In about 6.5 seconds. I am still waiting to go the track to get my 1/4 mile time.
