Should be great when you pull it off (as I am sure you will)

Re: Cayman -> Studiotorino RK Coupé - progressions sessions- prrrrrrrrrrrp

Thanks all for the really flattering comments. I m building it as we speak, it shouldn't take tooooooo long. Knowing me that is about 6 months

Mister mechanic, I swear by milliput, I have grown attached to it and know how to use it best, so until I find something better... this is it.

Ciao

This is one cool project to watch

Glad you are doing a replica; I want to make a custom that's a bastardization of this car's rear window/deck w/ a Techart-inspired front. Mine's a long way from even starting.

Great start! When you don't want to scratch build the rims, then I would suggest this... http://www.hlj.com/product/AOS03859 a bit close. Goodluck with the build!

Get the Tamiya Skyline Nismo parts set (whatever it is) the one with the plastic wheels. If you thin those spokes, cut the notches in them by the rim, and form the center a little around the lugs, then you could have something close. You can do it, Oli, you can do anything.
