My 2000 Alero trunk wont open..by key, remote, or release button on driver's door. How can I get in the trunk to open it and have it fixed??? Please help!!!!!! Your help is appreciated!!!

That is not a good situation to get into. ![]() Since the key is not working that means it is a latch problem. Do you hear the relay at the driver's side fuse box and the trunk release solenoid click when you press the remote or button on the driver's side door? It sounds like through the rear seat area may be your only recourse. ![]()
