1985 Mazda 626: WANT TO MAKE IT FASTER
Anybody out there who knows a more powerful engine that will fit in a 1985 Mazda 626? If not could you please tell me how I can make my existing engine more powerful and my car faster and more responsive. This baby runs beautifully but I want to put a sports car engine in it.
Any mods for this car would also be greatly appreciated. -Trinifoo P.S. I WANT A BODY KIT TOO! |

If I were you (dependng on th car's milage) I would just probably buy a new car. But thats me, I have hear of your model being prett quick wih a turbo. http://www.boosthead.com/ . This might help.. As for body kit I don't think they made one for your year
, could be wrong tho. You also might want to consider buying a KLZE engine and putting that in there, its the 195hp Japanese 626/Mx-6 engine.

Sell your car, and buy an 86/87 626 Turbo. Your car is carbureted, fuel injection is much better, and all 86+ 626's have it.

88 all the way.
I have a 1988 mazda 626. They are great little cars. I don't know much about the 85's but the 88 turbos are quick..
