I'd say get a set of lowering springs. I've heard of clampping but never tried. I have had cut springs and they just plan sucked. The ride was extremly bouncy and i ended up denting my front fenders from the shocks bottoming out and allowing the tire to hit the top of the fenderwell. Get a set of progressive rate lowering spring, they give you a better ride than non-progressive and also replace you stock shocks if you havent done so already.

Don't cut your springs. You'll regret it. It destroys the springs properties (which are matched to your shocks), and you'll end up with a HORRIBLE ride.

I don't know what clamping is, but it sounds kinda dodgy.

I would really recommend some good lowering springs or coil-overs.

clamping means to put a clamp on 2 coils to bring em together, which allows to car to go lower.

B. because thats the best way to go, if you wanna use ur stock springs, just have em HEATED, my friend does this, and he does it pretty good, he heated springs on a 94 accord wagon and it looks good, and feels good, not as good as springs, but its still better than cutting the springs, and if you clamp the springs, do it onthe BOTTOM end, the very bottom ones, not somewhere in the middle, or on top.
