Since you have 2000 AV6 there is nothing avalable for your car, but i know UNICHIP is working to develope ECU that work DIS.
as far as of power gain, it had been recorded up to 20whp gain from UNICHIP enhanced ECU on 99 AV6. that car already had I/H/E done to it. wanna have more info on this topic, go to accordv6 forum.
