Knob for fan speed doesn't work

Hello there,

I got Venture 2002, and in past few months the knob for fan speed heathing/cooling start acting weird.
First, the 3rd speed didn't work at all, then worked sometime when I switched really fast from 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 3rd, now doesn't work at all, also 2nd don't work at all.

On 1st, 4th and 5th speed everything is fine, just those two.

What's wrong?? What do I need to replace??

Do I need to replace whole thing from dash board or is something else??

Sounds like it might be your blower resistor going bad. When this occurs you start losing certain speeds on your dial for the fan. It is located on the passenger side of the van behind the blower motor. It seems to be a fairly common problem with these vans.
