no such thing ... depends on a lot of things like cost, what kind of sound you are looking for ......

It still depends on what you want, do you want the bass to rattle your insides from a couple feet from the car or do you want the bass to knock your heart out everytime it hits? it also depends on what type of music you listen to, wrap then that would be fine as long as you get your mids and hi's right up front, but if you listen to hard rock then a couple tens in a sealed box will do the trick and still get almsot just as loud as the 12's, ported unported box? if you want to hit the very low low's then a ported box, if you don't want to hit low then a sealed box.

You can go into this for ever, but the bottom line is how much green do you have!:sun:

O.K. then, find out what the max cubic foot for your subs are and then port the box, you will hit lower and get loud and it will rattle a little but that is what dyna mat is for! if you get a big enough amp i.e. jl 1000 you probally only need 1 amp to do what you want and run everything. the best bet unless you are going to do it yourself is go to a audio shop and tell them what you want.

yep. it just depends on how much you want to invest into your sound system. keep in mind that amplifiers can be anywhere from $50 to $120,000. and the price range in subs and head units, speakers, all range from very low prices to very very high prices like dynaudio seperates and mcintosh amps.
