 look at your air cleaner, there is a rubber air silencer behind it, take it off. On a new v8 its worth about 5 rwhp, if you don't feel a difference you can always put it back on.

Throw a k&n air filter on there, maybe some pullies, gears, homemade cold air induction and exhaust. None of its free, but not to expensive. Not alot else you can do since the timing is not adjustable without a chip.
