97 gt ABS Question, Help me out

a week ago i hit a HUGE pothole and right after my ABS light and TRAC OFF and CHECK TIRE PRESS light came on, turned the car off and there off

i figured it was 1 of the connectors that plug into the spindle at the wheel
, so i took the wheel off and the connecter had fallen off the perch that it sits on.... so i put it back on and it was fine for about a DAY

up till this day the lights stay off till i go on the hwy and i think the wind screws up one of the connections, but ive uppluged all of them and packed them with di-eletric greese... , but still i have this problem..

is this a common thing?.. ill be zip tieing all the connectors onto the perch's tommroow and see it that works.. any1 else got any tips?

How many miles are on the car?

If you are sure the connector is good you may have wheel sensor problem which will require replacement of the complete hub. Best thing to do is run a scan with an ABS capable scanner. Manually, you can go across the contacts of the sensor hub side at the electrical connector with a multimeter. Look for around 1,000 ohms resistance. Also you can measure the wheel sensor speed output at the connector. While spinning the wheel voltage will vary from at least 100 millvolts to 1.0 vdc.

its got 245k. the light only comes on when i hit the highway. i can cruise around under 90 for hours and it wont come on.

so im hoping its the connector. as i know a hub is worth like 300CAN

i was just going to cut off the connector and put on a diffrent one with more weather resitance and durability. unless i can get new connectors at the dealer?
