Re: Ferrari 250GTO #20 LM'63

That's beautiful. I love the side glass too. The wheels look fantastic. I think the 250gto's (and GT SWB) are becoming my favorite Ferraris.

I want one of these myself, but my budget won't let me get one at ebay prices.. wish Gunze would re-release them, that'd be nice.

I've got to get some of those wheels for when I do mine. Your model is inspirational - superb stuff.

Great build. Nice to see a 250 actually removed from the box and built. I see you changed it from a three holer to a two.

Just remember to test fit before building. Those are not exactly at a "shake a box" fit to Gunze kit. Brake disks need to be drilled and i had to cut a slice off the rear shocks.

Well they are meant to be built are they? Yes i forgot to mention that i closed the third brake cooling hole. Gunze kit has quite good parts supplied for that "conversion".

Try to search for Airfix Hi Tech 250 GTO. It is exactly the same kit as the Gunze, and usually they are cheaper.

Thanks for your kind comments,
Niko
