Quality

Engine hasnt even make straight. Top part is few mm to side.
transmission end is too narrow

-------

I think some one need glasses..

First 3 pics shows top part..
Pic #4 shows what need to be cut to get engine move
Last 3 shows how engine is after moving to right place.

-------

Engine status
I did cut oilpan to get it shorter. This way top and lower part shouild be identical places
Our local Nissan club members have send me fwe ref. pics of engine. Helps a little.

These pars i was going to use.

Today and last night i have cut car bottom.
Exhaust and driveshaft are removed. Support parts glued to keep in one piece

-------

Small update.

I have fix bottom and glued enginebay top part to it.

Little problems with IC. Body mounting to bottoms part is in my way

-------

I have cut more front section.

Ic is in correct position.

Last picture shows my support bars in body. This helps so bottom does not go inside body. I had to use them becouse i cut front connection parts of.

-------

Update again.
Too bad i didn't take pics before i painted parts.
Bottom should be ready now

Turbo that i buy was little too big. I can't get it fit between engine and strut tower.

-------

Turbo pics from engine bay.

-------

I got little smaller turbo..

-------

HA. Too small turbo..

Bigger turbo fit in enginebay pics
I just cut it little smaller and changed shape.

I can almost close hood with out turbo hitting it.

-------

So there is my last 2 month building info.
Becouse of holidays end that Moneypit hotrod building i haven't done much anything after that.

I have little problems to make exhaust manifolds. I need to bend plastic rod to small circle.

Maybe i should order styrene tube. I'm now trying to use plastic rod that hold model parts.

Your modifications look great. It makes me want to do mine the same way. I personally don't think your 2nd turbo is too small, but I guess that really depends on how much imaginary power you want it to make.
