91 S10 Blazer Hard Starting and Bad DRLKS

My girlfriend has a 1991 S10 Blazer V6. Lately in the last few months it has been very hard starting. In the morning when we go to start it it will turn over and stay on but it will chuggg until we give it gas. When we give it enough gas to get the rpm's up, the engine will idle fine. It will then start fine until it is left alone for about 6-7 hours. Does anyone have any ideas. Also her door locks spaz out. They do not work anymore but all of a sudden they may lock, unlock or go nuts. Does anyone know where the fuse is or how to disable them from working.
