C1232 Left Front Wheel Speed Circuit Open (bad wheel sensor or electrical connector /wiring).

B2752 is body control module related - Horn Relay Coil Circuit Low (BCM)

U1000 is Class 2 Serial Data Communications Malfunction

U1128 is Loss of Communication with IRC

Need code descriptions for an alero...

I am looking for any information on what these codes might mean that came from my 2001 Olds Alero 2.4 auto...

GM will not release the codes to me unless they are the ones doing the diagnosice... And therefore, I wish to try to avoid the 75 dollar an hour labor charge and like a 65 dollar computer hookup charge...
'
Any information on these codes or where I can find out what they mean would be awesome

Codes are:
C 1232
B 2752
U 1000
U 1128

I do know one of the codes has something to do with a bad ABS sensor in the front right....

Thanks for your time.

For a OBD11 code list
http://www.troublecodes.net/OBD2/

I struck out on the B2752
The C1232 is a OBD11 brake lamp waring circuit code.
And as said the U codes is communication codes.

I would clear codes and recheck code no. or recheck with a different scanner.
The C1232 is not a good manf code for your year car.
But does show up as a ABS manf spefic code left front wheel open sensor circuit code on a 2000 year
And the B2752 I just can not find. Double check it for sure.\

What is the car doing or not doing or what is acting up?

Re: Need code descriptions for an alero...

MT,
I thought the B2752 might have been a B2757,
which is Driver Memory 1 select switch CKT Low .

JC, This is a duplicate/redundant post and should have been deleted. The old prior and very recent thread with replies is below:

Looking for code descriptions...
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=657657<--Merged so will not show

I'll merge the two together but the OP (akadye006) is hereby forewarned to comply with AF posting rules.

Could be I just can not find anything that rings a bell on that B2752 code.
I did found some security system serial data codes. 2947/2948/2957/2958.
Which could go with his loss of serial data.

Re: Need code descriptions for an alero...

It might help to use updated and/or current GM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
for OBD II (OBD-2) equipped GM vehicles instead of using old data or speculating.

C1232 Left Front Wheel Speed Circuit Open (bad wheel sensor or electrical connector /wiring).

B2752 is body control module related - Horn Relay Coil Circuit Low (BCM)

U1000 is Class 2 Serial Data Communications Malfunction

U1128 is Loss of Communication with IRC
