No Injector pulse

I have a 1984 buick T-Type and Im not getting any pulse to the injectors, the car was working and drove fine I parked it for a week and came back to start it and it wouldnt start, I had a guy to take a look at it and he said it was the fuel pump, ok i change the fuel pump and it still wouldnt start, so the guy put a noid light on the injectors and said that they wasnt getting a pulse. can somebody, anybody please help me with this matter. oh and i forgot to mention the car is getting spark to the plugs, and is getting fuel to the rails.

Welcome to AF.

Check to make sure your are getting 12 volts to one side of the fuel injector coil. It should be there at ignition to on. Check for blown fuses.

Since the NOID light indicates no fuel injector pulse you may have a problem with the ECM module since it provides the pulse to each injector. It is located under the passenger side of the dash.

Were there any codes? I don't have a wiring diagram on your vehicle, don't know if you have a distributor or DIS ignition.

It doesn't matter, there should be a purple wire with a white tracer that carries the rpm signal to the computer. With the engine cranking, the computer has to see an rpm signal on that wire, or it won't ground the injectors. So you would check for that signal first, then troubleshoot from there.
