'70 Chevelle SS 454

This one is built by my brother, it's the old Monogram 1:24 kit.

He lowered it slightly and added some details but other than that it's stock.

He had issues with the bumpers protruding too far from the wings (fenders) and got round it by filing/sanding them and then adding BMF to the ends.

I think he made a pretty good job of it!

I'll say he did a pretty good job of it. Very clean build with a fantastic finish. You should get him to join AF.

I'm sure that he will be grateful for all of the positive comments!

He can't join AF because he's so old school that he hasn't even got a PC!

That's why I spend ages uploading all of the photos for him!

Wow he did a great job, Ive got this kit on the go right now. I really like the colour suits the car quite well. His detailing really add to the model. Excellent all around work!

That's a lovely build! Like the others, I really like the colour- is there any chance you could let us know what paint it is?

Cheers
Keith

Thanks, I think he said it was a Halfords Vauxhall metallic silver green, I'm not sure of the exact name.
