please i need help
I have a 94 excel that needs fuel dumped into the therottle body to start but once going it is way over fueled. There is black smoke pouring out the tail pipe. Also what is a code 15 on the 94 hyundai excel. Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

According to Webtech, its in reference to the Idle Speed Control Circuit.
If you never been to Webtech, go here for the instructions on how to use it. Its quite helpful for both owners and service techs. Anyway as for your question, I downloaded the explanation in case you do not get the hang of using Webtech. Excel Code 15. TS out
