you LOST the key? In that case you;d probably have to take your vin to a dealer and have them cut it... if you had a current to copy there are other, cheaper ways but AFAIK if you have none to go off dealer may be your only bet

You lost the key and you had only one? BTW this is a '89 right? Does it have VATS?
