Re: 2003 ipmala supercharged

Welcome to AF.

You'll need more than just the Eaton M90 supercharger and L67 fuel injectors to do a successful L36 to L67 swap. ZZPerformance has a L36 SS M90 install kit for the Impala which is the best and most inexpensive route.

If you decide not to use the SS M90 kit and the supporting parts mentioned in the link above then you will need the L67 lower intake manifold, fuel rails and cylinder heads. A re-programmed PCM module, wiring harness mods for the boost bypass valve and a drive belt/tensioner/pulley system. Also, a higher volume fuel pump. Plus a bunch of other stuff.

Re: 2003 ipmala supercharged

The GTP has a L67 engine which is the supercharged Series II 3800. Your Impala has the Series II 3800 normally aspirated aka L36. Everything mentioned will be needed to mount the Eaton M90 blower you have off that GTP. The M90 blower will not fit your current lower intake manifold. Also, the L67 heads will be needed because the fuel injectors are mounted at the cylinder heads not the lower intake manifold runners like yours. The swap has been done successfully by others but without using the ZZP SS M90 kit to include their specially machined lower intake manifold it will be expensive and very tedious work.
