ok a few questions
are there any automatic or 5/4speed automatic civic si's with a vtec engion that are under a '99?

are there any civics other then si's with a vtec engion that are a 5/4speed automatic that are under a '99?

No automatic SIs. 99 was the first year, but they made them before, up to 95 if you want the older styling.

An EX has VTEC but it is a single overhead cam VTEC, rather than DOHC like the si

I would get the newer Si over the older one... Its a lot quicker and nicer
