Lightbulb lookin to start addin mods to my car

hey guys... finally after 3 years of waiting i finally got my first maxima... 97, black, 5 speed, se model... my dream car!!! (other than my future S4) now i'm lookin to hopefully get this sweet car lookin nice... i've always had ideas in my head of what all to do but i wanna hear the "professional's" opinion on what i should do... i've read over a few of the post dealin w/ different mods and so far here's the list of things that i want to do to my car...

-cold air intake/air filter
-lowering springs
-front and rear control arms (ie. front strut bar & rear anti roll bar)
-clear corners around (clear turn singnals and clear tail lights-no orange)
-short throw shifter
-full exhaust from the headers back... completely free flowing
-stillen body kit
-side markers
-custom leather interior and dash kit

ok... what i'm wonderin is what i should go for first... second... and so on...

these mods to my car aren't something that i'm lookin to do overnight... but in the longtime future... but what i wanna know is what the best performance upgrade is best to do first and that will help out the most w/ somewhat limited funds

i really wanna lower it first... so that's a good place to start suggestions... i want a nice clean ride but it doesn't have to be slammed... something that gets rid of that nasty wheel gap would be nice...

THANK YOU for everyone's help!!! i'll post pics of my ride when i get some... maybe w/ a few of my new found mods on them

much respect,
mike

ok.

There is my suggestion in order:

1-Mags and lowprofile
2-Lowering spring or adjustable coil
3-Exhaust system
4-FSTB and RSTB
5-Clear lights
6-Cold Air Intake
7-Short shifter
8-ECU Upgrade
9-Interior
10- New wing
11- Sarona bodkit

No side marker please man!

For "bang for the buck" and "I feel a difference" mods, go with suspension mods first

1) RSB and FSTB
2) springs and struts (coilovers if you're hardcore)
No need for the RSTB because it won't make a difference

Performance:
1) Place Racing CAI (but you have to drill a hole in your car)
2) y pipe
3) cat-back
4) cat
5) underdrive pulley
