Hi to all fellow owners (esp. UK)!
Hi all,
Just dropped in and though I should say hi, especially as there appears to be one or two UK owners here. Even more surprising is the age group too (I'm 29 btw) LamboBoy - I love your taste in women  Hook me up if I'm ever round your way pls  AWdiablo - gotta love the improved build of the 6.0's Jabba - I'm still undecided on your yellow wheels, but any Roadster is fine by me! Abstract - fantastic colour :sun: Very 'american' wheels too! I will be lurking around and no doubt participating in one or two discussions. In the meantime, here is a couple of pics of my Yellow Diablo SV Strosek which was at Gaydon Supercar Sunday a couple of weeks back. It's the only one in the UK as far as I know... Cheers! CA

I like it dude!!
Especailly the rounded front bump and the light!! I will hook u up with some chick, there is a few i know that is in UK... drop a line in my tread sometime, i'll put more chicks picture up!! I will either sell the roadster or do it up, havn't decide yet, SXR said they will finish the first production line in 2002 and now it next month, but not sure.... any way, keep u boys updated What do you do for living dude??

CA, welcome.
Your Diablo is Gorgeous to say the least. It looks like a '99. What modifications come on the Strosek Diablo and how much does one of those cost? Do you have any other nice rides? Sorry about all the questions. I am just curious

Diablo_boy: Thanks for the comments on my car! The two lasses in the Double Trouble picture look just... delicious As for a living, I started an IT company in my garage aged 19 with 5000 pounds saved up from my previous job. Been in business ten years now and the last decade has been a blur of working, sleeping, and er... that's it really. Diablo Strosek is the wake-up call  Abstract: The car was not a Strosek when I brought it. All said and done the conversion cost just under 10k (GBP) but I didn't go the whole hog (I *hate* the Strosek rear). As for other nice rides, I have a Honda NSX which is simply superb - the handling and engine are sensational. Waaaaay underrated... Porsche: Yes, they are rare. That's what attracts me to them Ferrari is too soft (effectively the next step up from a Porsche really - no offense). In London every other car is a Porsche, and every other five cars is a Ferrari. Lambo's are still very uncommon, and Strosek ones even less so. The Diablo is where it's at - the last supercar as supercars are meant to be.Where is everyone located anyway?! A meet could be in order... Think of the cool photo op! CA

None taken. I'd just like to know if there's a step above Lamborghini. BTW, I got to go to the UK, in Canada, every 1 in 500 Cars is a Porsche.

like a Club thing!!!....... like if we all go to US, Abstract will show us around, UK, we have Dogsbreath (Jabba), and the new ChristAlmighty!! Australia, you guys have me!! Where else?? lets see, we have 2 Yellow Roadsters 98 & 99, one 99 Alpine VT, 2000 VT6.0 and the VERY NICE Body kits of your CHRIST ALMIGHT!!! Man, i love here!!

Porsche: Well I was exagerating a bit - but not by much trust me.
Slagwater: Use 640x480 res and Jpeg compression set at about 30% compression (to retain reasonably good quality). There is a button at the bottom of the 'POST' section to attach the file. And er, why does everyone have odd nicks (Slagwater, Dogbreath...)  As for a meet, well I'd be happy to show people around and wouldn't mind putting someone up for a few days or week even (better finish the house refurb quick!!) Not that there's too much to see or do in deepest central England... I'm always up for meeting other owners! And Lambo fans (when I get the time). I could talk Lambo 24hrs a day I think, but many of the members of the Lambo Club UK are, er, 'funny old sticks' shall we say!  It would be nice to meet a (younger) crowd that I could relate to a bit more...CA

Must be a lot of young-money around to afford these cars. Actually, it's not the buying of the car, it's the constant sticker-shock every time you have ANYTHING done to it, however small. It's like - "he drives a Lambo - he can afford it..." and then the 'supplier' adds a 400% markup!
