Aoshima 1/24 S13 with engine

Just looking on the hlj web site and seen this will be released this month.
Heres a link to a pic of it. Just scroll down to the green car.
I also see Aoshima is releasing more d1 cars and also S15 topsecret car, cant wait for that one.

Sorry if this is old news.

Praise the lord!!!

Looks like they are bringing out some nice looking 1/24 diecast 180sx's with engine detail too.

Tamiya's FXX makes an appearance on page 1 BTW.

Cool! I less than three Aoshima. They're all kinds of good. Everyone has been so excited about Fujimi's sudden rise to awesomeness, but forgot that Aoshima is getting better, too, and started off a lot better than Fujimi did anyway.

I cant wait for Ueo's AE86 and NOB's s-15. I like the Top Secret street car, are the also making the REamemiya street car too? i think thats what that yellow car under it is. Aoshima is my favorite company nowadays too.

P.S. on a side not is Revell making soccer player models?

And why can't they put those prepainted window glasses in their regular kits!?

180SX too, and it appears to have the factory stock 7 spoke 15" rims

this is, however, quite dishartening for me. I might as well give up trying to complete my SR20 project.

but are these diecast models? what if they aren't to scale with the REAL 1:24 scale stuff?

Does Aoshima make diecast?

edit: Nevermind, I just looked on hlj and it looks like these 180sx's are diecast.. but the Silvia S13 is a plastic model, so yeah, there goes your project..

That's exactly how I felt when I found out that they were releasing the Corolla model with an engine. I pretty much gave up on my Fujimi model with 20 valve (if any of you out there remember):

But....
I definitely look forward to picking up a Aoshima Trueno with engine and Silvia with engine. It'll be fun to "fix up" and modify.
