...and there was the "nomad gt" or something in the american version of GT. of course i've never seen it been in europe, but according to the magazines from the time it resembles a diablo GT very closely...

There was no Diablo i the American verison. You had to have a Gameshark 2 or a Sharkport to get the car. It is the JGTC GT500 contender, Nomad Lamborghini Diablo GT.

how come Japan always gets the better versions of the game, I'm starting to get pissed, we still don't have GT4, and there's still no final release, they're already half-way done GT5 for PS3, someone's slackin on gettin us GT4
