Fujimi Veilside MR-S

this is going to be my next project. planning on painting like the veilside fortune rx-7 on tokyo drift. or some other color.need help on that, any suggestions on color?



i like these rims

Hmmm ... well i cant comment much as there are no work pictures for me to see. But i can say that the kit rims have crappy chrome on them. Maybe u should paint them yourself.

Progress pictures would be good and could certainly get u some comments.

gamerx, thanks for being the first to post.lol. ill post pics of my prgress soon. as for the rims, the chrome is crappy but i like the style of them. what do u think i should do about them? like color wise

Respray a chrome or silver? maybe black?

just finished primering the body and the parts. need to touch up and resand the front and rear air vents.

there's two colors ive narrowed down to; tamiya mica blue or testors hugger orange. im also debating if i should go mica blue/black or hugger orange/black. or should i leave the body one solid color

A nice kit you have there! I wanted this kit very badly a few years back but it was selling very expensive here. I thought no way a Fujimi kit will cost like a Tamiya Enzo kit. Also I heard comments that the front wheel won't be able to turn. So I drop the idea of buying.

four coats of tamiya mica blue and two coats of tamiya clear coat. what do u guys think?
