Question
In 2 months I plan on buying some Japenese kits.I don't have a credit card and don't plan on getting one.What are some websites that accept other payments???

HLJ.Com definitely accepts other payments, it just takes a lot longer for them to process your order.

I use money orders for Hobbylink and for Best1 Hobby. Tinyimports accepts money orders too.http://www.tinyimports.comAs stated before, it does take longer but I don't like to use my credit card online anymore.
