Unhappy 99 Accord V6 LX Brake Problems

I'm having issues with the brakes on a 99 Accord V6 LX. Replaced the pads on the front and rear. However, the brakes keep squealing in the front. There is a slight scraping noise that is made when I drive and no brake is applied then it gets louder and then it squeals. all retainer clips in place. Any suggestions?
