Question 2000 gp door locks

I have a 2000 gp that has decided to lock the doors by itself at eratic intervals(driving down the road, setting parked) sometimes it will continually keep locking them or trying to lock them even if the doors are already locked, also the lock button will unlock the doors but not lock them.
I have checked the switched them seem to check out ok.

any ideas where to start looking?

Thanks in advance,

Bruce

Re: 2000 gp door locks

If you are sure the switches are good then a possibility is the body control module (BCM). But check the electrical connectors to it first. Located under the driver's side of dash by the emergency brake after you remove the kickpanel.
