cracked up bumper, need advice

so what do you guys think? any estimates on repair costs? basically, its split into 2 parts, and is bent in some areas. i assume its made of plastic. my goal is to get this thing looking like new. i bought it for 10 bucks with the intent of fixing it. how would this be fixed? maybe there's some work i can do myself to cut down on costs?
