Removing starter 99 6 cyl 4x4 auto
So I've got the starter motor loose as well as the battery connection. But for the life of me I can't get the motor out of the car. On top of the starter is the exhuast manifold. Just in front of it is the motor mount behind it is the bell housing and below is the auto tranny dipstick and the rest of the 4x4 drive train. Does anyone have any advice on getting this thing out? It lookd like I could either drop the tranny pan or pull off the exhuast manifold but that seems extreme. This is my sisters truck and I'm jut trying to help her out. shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] Regards
