AMT F+F Toyota Supra

This is my second model. It's almost done - just need to finish spoiler (taken from AMT F+F Eclipse and modified), tinting rear window, and side mirrors. I used Testors Sapphire blue metallic flake. I cut out the holes in hood and custom cut holes in the fenders and put mesh grill there. I also painted backs of taillights cause i didn't like them to look completely red - just turned out ok. Does anyone have advice on what kind of paint i can use for my next models interior seats? I want a flat medium blue because they're a racing style seat. Also, would anyone suggest using Tamiya Spray lacquer instead of testors spray enamel? Any other suggestions and advice is welcome! Thanks

nice color...tamiya lacquer imo is way better and easier than testors enamel. have had bad experiences with enamel.

Re: AMT F+F Toyota Supra

I preffer laquer paints, but I use testors simply because it's about 1/5 the price of the tamiya paint. the only tamiya paint I have used was the X22 gloss coat, and I must say, I was less than impressed. it may have been due to my lack of experience with acrylic paints. I'm impressed with the tamiya spray paints though.

I like what you've done with the bonnet.
Coulour looks good as well.
