Here is something i never wanted to deal with but i have a problem with the thermostat on my 1995 buick century special sedan 4 door with the 3100 sfi v6 does any one know where i can find this and how to remove it and replace it cheap?
A little feed back would be very helpful thanks Matthew HOPEFULLY ase certified mechanic

For the thermostat on a 3100 just follow the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing. It is difficult to get to and replace. You may have to remove the throttle body and an exhaust heat shield on the crossover. I would recommend using an AC Delco thermostat.

Hey i got the thermostat back in but now after i got the radiator flushed it does great on the highway but horrible in town, any ideas why did i do something wrong by flushing the radiator or something?

Did you make sure all air was bled out of the cooling system? What problem are you having now. Is it overheating?
