I do I test the coil pack on a 1999 Intrigue, I may have a defective coil pack engine is missing

First off, is this a 3.5 or a 3.8? Im assuming 3.5 based on your question.
Do you get any misfire codes? And did you replace the plugs first? If so what kind did you use, and were they gapped properly.

each coil should be ~5 Ohms. The Tech2 can test for misfires = that's the way to go, or else it's jumping each coil pack to the sparkplug and using a spark tester.
