New Diablo! PE parts?

I just got a Revell of Germany Diablo, and was wondering,
Is there a photoetch detail set? Is there any extras made
for this kit? This is my first RoG kit, and the detail is way
beyond my Revell and AMT kits, so this will be special.

Re: New Diablo! PE parts?

I think the Diablo has fallen through the cracks of the aftermarket.
There was a PE set out long ago but it is long out of production and very hard to find.
I'd love to see some stuff for the earlier Lambo's (Countach and Diablo)!

Re: New Diablo! PE parts?

Yeah, the Diablo is my favorite Lambo, besides the Muira.
Well, what am I gonna do? All I know for sure is that
I will get the PE Lambo logo set.

A company called Acustion do a PE set intended for the Fujimi kit. Not great but it will help you out with scripts and such.

Re: New Diablo! PE parts?

Looks like they have Lambo badge PE and decal sets as well. I guess it's for the best I spent my 'hobby' money for the month a few days ago.

Wouldn't that be the wrong scale for a Revell kit? (aren't they all 1/25?)

Both Revell of Germany and Revell/Monogram dabble in both scales. The Revell of Germany Diablo is in fact 1/24.
