no

with a boost controller u can set how much boost u want to run...however i am pretty sure the stock t25 turbo can only peak at about 15 psi...on the other hand...i would not recommend running 15 psi on a stock car....the fact that ur piping, intercooler, exhaust system and blow off vavles are stock may cause many problems....there is such a thing as too much pressure...especially in those stock parts...they cant handle as much boost.....start little with basic bolt ons.....

You can't increase the boost unless you get a boost controller, if you have that, yes you can turn up the boost on an all stock car to 20psi, but you will DEFINITELY DESTROY YOUR CAR. Without the proper supporting fuel, intake, and exhaust mods, running that much boost will over stress your turbo, super heat the intake charge and detonate your pistons. The result blown motor, blown car. A big mistake that a lot of people make is to turn up the boost before their car is ready, take it easy and make sure you have all the mods you need before you start making some serious horsepower.

Peace
