Unhappy Re: Scale Auto Style?

So does this mean stuff can't be ordered from his website?

If not, I'm looking for the Ferrari 360 CS body kit and the BBS CS wheels....

Re: Scale Auto Style?

I'm pretty sure he posted here saying he was not able to run his business any longer. Can't remember his user name so I can't search for the thread.

Re: Scale Auto Style?

I was wondering this mayself. The last post I remember was that he had got himself a new full time job. I have not seen him post on this forum for a long time, therefore I can only assume that he does not have the time to model and by the same token run SAS anymore.

Re: Scale Auto Style?

that is very sad to hear. I wanted to get the 180SX/240sx body kit he offered, I guess I COULD still be able to find it, if I want, but that is just sad. maybe he can sell his moulds to another resin maker?

Dave at Detail and Design in Scale still has some SAS stuff left. Check it out. He may still have what you want:

Re: Scale Auto Style?

Hi all. Sorry for not responding sooner but I've just brought myself my 1st house and moved in 3 weeks ago. I've been without internet access all that time.

With regards to what is happening with SAS, I am no longer taking orders at this moment in time because I just don't have the time to do all the necessary casting. I really want to keep things going, but I'll need to find someone who can do the casting for me. I haven't really looked around for this yet knowing a house move was on the horizon but once I'm settled I can make plans on starting up again.

I still have many ideas for new products, I just hope I can find the time to do them. I'm thinking of going down the 'exotics' route for the next few kits maybe as I reckon they'll be a bigger market for them.

Standby!

Good to hear that you are still thinking of us

Well done with the house move. It is real difficult given the mad prices of property here in the UK.

Look forward to more from SAS in the future.
