Cool Older build: Moto Guzzi V10 Centauro

I cleaned up my Tamiya Moto Guzzi V10 Centauro as someone was asking about the kit in the WIP forum. I built it about 5 or 6 years ago for my airbrush book. Mirrors were broken off and one rear turn signal was missing, and it was pretty dusty from sitting out. I made a new pair of rear turn signals from some odd parts box pieces, starting w/a couple of A/T LHD/RHD gearshift levers for a Celica . The model looks better w/o the missing mirrors so I won't replace them. OOB buildup, used candy green/blue paint mixture and a lot of metalizers. Neat bike, very rare and cool looking. I've never seen one on the road, but I have sat on one at a motorcycle show

is that a twin turbo bike?!?!?! that's freakin' sweet!!!! when I hear MotoGuzzi I think of some old triumph or BSA type 70's bike that Steve McQueen would have ridden to jump a fence or some crazy stuff like that, not a bad mofo like that!!

Awesome job on a very cool kit. I finished one a couple months ago. It was probably one of my favorite bike builds.

I remember reading the "How to Airbrush" section on this bike, and I must say, it's quite a machine, and quite a nice model! Lovely color, fantastic finish on the engine, plus it does look much better without mirrors.

Nice Bike!

Nice bike!
I could stand to know more about the book, too

That's a bad Moto Guzzi. But somehow I doubt you paid for a chunk of his guitar that he smashed at his show. Great work, the gold on the exhaust is just... just... holy cow, amazing. I didn't think you could continue to amaze and surprise me, and you did.

I have to chime in and comment on how the great the exhaust looks from the gold on down...awesome body finish too! I saw one three days ago when I was in the Kerrisdale area in Vancouver and it was absolutely gorgeous, with low mileage too
